Winter Reminder
With the winter season approaching and things beginning to slow down a bit, we wanted to share a friendly reminder on a few helpful points:
• Please avoid using email to place orders for tanks or other components.
To make sure we get everything entered correctly and scheduled on time, please give Coral in Ordering and Scheduling a call at 719-395-6764 ext. 101.
• Please allow a little extra lead time for orders:
– 48 hours for items that require manufacturing, such as plastic tanks, risers, wire, fabric, and similar components.
– 24 hours for all other orders.
We’ll always do our best to help with shorter-notice requests when we can, and we truly appreciate your understanding. These lead times help our team make sure everything is prepared properly so you receive the best service and experience possible.
